Punishments

Punishments depend on the offense.

We typically follow a 3 warning system for small offenses, such as spam.

1. A private message to the offender, asking them to stop

2. A public message asking the offender to stop

3. The user is kicked

If the offender continues to break the rule, we will follow with a temporary ban, mute or jail time, where a player is required to stay online to complete their sentence.

If the rule being broken includes a more serious offense, such as cheating, the player may be permanently banned instantly.

You may apply for a ban appeal if you believe your punishment was unfair.

Minecraft Server Rules:

1. Be Respectful

Respect all users, including staff members. Treat others the way you want to be treated, no heated arguments.

3. No Advertising

We do not tolerate any kind of advertisement, this includes other discord communities, Minecraft servers, and streams

3. No Hacking/Cheating/Exploiting/Duping

No taking advantage of any exploits at all. If you find one, you are to report it immediately to our discord server. If you are found to be abusing any glitches, you will receive a permanent ban.

4. No Hate Speech

We have zero tolerance for any sort of discrimination, this includes sexism, racism, Homophobia, transphobia, Anti-Semitism, Islamophobia, etc.

5. No Spamming

No spam of any kind, this includes chain mail.

6. Language

This is an English only server. Please respect that

7. No Anti-AFK Machines

This falls under the cheating rule. You are not allowed to bypass AFK to receive in game money and claim blocks.

8. No Excessive Lag

Do not intentionally make the server lag or attempt to crash it

9. No griefing or stealing

It is a players responsibility to ensure that their builds are safe.

10. No trolling

No trolling other players or staff. Do not trick them into dying, crashing their client or getting stuck.

11. No impersonating staff or other players

Staff are given special permissions to moderate the Server. Do not attempt to act as staff when you have no authority to do so. Contact a staff member if a member if breaking rules.

12. PvP

PvP is only allowed if both parties consent.

Punishment: Breaking any of these rules will result in punishment, as stated in the home page.

Discord Rules:

1. Be Respectful

3. No Advertising

We do not tolerate any kind if advertisements, this includes other discord communities, Minecraft servers, and streams. You are more than welcome to share your streams IF you are a regular and active member.

4. 16+ Community / NSFW / No pornography

We are not a family friendly community at all. The community is maintained by adults and cursing is allowed, as well as mature conversations. This does not mean that it is a NSFW community, pornography is not allowed. More 'mature' content is only allowed in the NSFW channel. You can assign yourself the NSFW role to gain access to this channel.

5. Language

This is an English only server. Please respect that

6. No Hate Speech

7. Music Bot

You must first get permission from everyone in the channel first, and only use it for its intent, music.

8. Excessive Noise

No annoying, loud or high pitch noise. Reduce background noise if possible.

9. Use Channels for their purpose

They have assignments for a reason.

10. Respect Hosts

If a staff member or host is currently hosting an event or partaking in server activities, please do not talk over them. We often like to visit public channels to talk to members of the community, but if you are causing a nuisance and disturbing our work, you will be asked to leave.

11. No Recording

Recording other people without consent is an offense, you must first get permission from everyone. This is only allowed in the dedicated recording channel.

Punishment: Breaking any of these rules can result in a timeout, mute, ban or kick.
